FASHION CONSULTANT - RETAIL OPERATIONS

Responsible to: Area Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Achieves sales and profitability target of the store

1. Assists the Store Supervisors in the development of plans and programs for the store to achieve targeted annual sales

2. Adhere to Product Handling Procedures and Standards; Inventory Systems and other Standard Operating Procedures

B. Exceed Customer Expectation

1. Replenishes and maintains display to provide customers with sufficient choices of merchandise

2. Provides fashionable advises to customers to enhance customer's image

3. Ensures that customers receive the right quantity and quality of merchandise, and official transaction records

4. Ensures prompt and quick attention to customer's needs and concerns

5. Adheres to the standards in the Customer Selling Cycle

C. Assist the Store Supervisor in Asset Administration

1. Maintains housekeeping standards within the area

2. Responsible for the preventive maintenance of all assigned equipments/tools

3. Other duties which maybe assigned from time to time

PREFERED CRITERIA:

1. At least 2nd year in college

2. Preferably with 6 months to 1 year experience in the service/retail industry

3. Average communication skills

4. Computer literate

5. Keen to details

6. Teamplayer

7. With pleasing personality

8. Can work in shifting schedules / weekends/ holidays/ long hours
