BUYER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • + Conceptualize styles and color story for development for development for each fashion season.
  • + Regularly do research on fashion forecast, silhouettes and fabrication.
  • + Prepare Merchandise Program/Buying program within the given budget.
  • + Research and develop new design appropriate to the desired market.
  • + Explore new designs and vendors that can develop at favorable terms.
  • + Consistently coordinates with supplier regarding product development, buying and other related matters.
  • + Review and evaluate quality and designs of products samples in accordance to the specifications required developments, pre productions and shipment.
  • + Prepare purchase order with complete information: size specifications, special instructions, quantity order per size and color, price quotation (final), and other to specify.
  • + Consistently coordinates with supplier regarding deliveries, inspection other related matters.
  • + Coordinate with Quality Control Department for inspection standing of the merchandise to be delivered.
  • + Regularly go on store visit to update with the competitive brands in her department and determine saleability.
  • + Presents samples/ collection to the Sales Department (Operation) for screening/booking.
  • + Prepare the Catalogues per season and delivery for Operation reference.
  • + Orient Product Trainer in introducing the new collection to the Retailing Department.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • + A graduate of Fine Arts, Fashion Design or any related arts course is preferred.
  • + Related work experience of more than a year in the same/ similar level is an advantage.
  • + Result and detail - oriented with a sense of urgency/ time consciousness.
  • + Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
  • + Flexible with the right attitude for the achievement of company goals Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

MERCHANDISER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • + Compute for the Open to Buy per season
  • + Monitor that the given Open to Buy (OTB) are properly met and consumed.
  • + Prepare Merchandise plan/ Buying plan within the given budget.
  • + Review product sales performance and inventory for future ordering reference.
  • + Prepare final pricing of the merchandise base on cost price, mark-up, budget and profit.
  • + Coordinate with the Warehouse and Quality Control Department for inspection standing of the merchandise and deliveries.
  • + Conduct regular warehouse and store visit to check on sufficiency of stocks, its movement, and saleability.
  • + Study stock position and proper distribution.
  • + Monitor stock status and movement of the merchandise within the given ratio.
  • + Recommended action to be taken on defective stocks (damage).
  • + Regularly go on store visit to update and review product performance.
  • + Review and prepare markdown or discount for slow moving merchandise.
  • + Study and analyze the product performance upon delivery of new and core for developmental reference.

STORE SUPERVISOR / MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • + An entrepreneur or businessman/ woman at heart with a passion for retail store operation -related function to achieve/ exceed the store's sales and operational efficiency target by managing self, customer service, competitor impact, store employees, facilities, funds, inventory and sales performance. Interested applicants are required to have concrete leadership experience preferably in the same/ similar capacity from any food/ service industry.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • + Related work experience of more than a year in the same/similar level required
  • + Effective and efficient records management for weekly reporting of accomplishments, KRA from recording, monitoring, filing and quick response to employee inquiries and charging of financial accountabilities with proper documentation etc.
  • + Systematic, organized, and innovative in improving MFG products and services
  • + Result and detail - oriented with a sense of urgency/time - consciousness
  • + Flexible with the right attitude for the achievement of company goals

FASHION CONSULTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Achieves sales and profitability target of the store
    • + Assists the Store Supervisors in the development of plans and programs for the store to achieve targeted annual sales
    • + Adhere to Product Handling Procedures and Standards; Inventory Systems and other Standard Operating Procedures

  • Exceed Customer Expectation
    • + Replenishes and maintains display to provide customers with sufficient choices of merchandise
    • + Provides fashionable advises to customers to enhance customer's image
    • + Ensures that customers receive the right quantity and quality of merchandise, and official transaction records
    • + Ensures prompt and quick attention to customer's needs and concerns
    • + Adheres to the standards in the Customer Selling Cycle

  • Assist the Store Supervisor in Asset Administration
    • + Maintains housekeeping standards within the area
    • + Responsible for the preventive maintenance of all assigned equipments/tools
    • + Other duties which maybe assigned from time to time


REQUIREMENTS:
  • + At least 2nd year in college
  • + Preferably with 6 months to 1 year experience in the service industry
  • + Average communication skills
  • + Computer literate
  • + Keen to details
  • + Teamplayer
  • + Can work in shifting schedules / long hours
